Title: How do I stop pop-up information windows?

I just reinstalled Windows 8, updated to 8.1 etc and then reinstalled MC19 and all is working smoother now.  But I now have a feature operating that I want to turn off.  When using program for audio playback and I hover the pointer over a song title a window containing Song Title, Duration, Artist, Album,etc pops up and obscures my view of the song list. How do I stop this from occurring? It doesn't happen on my other PC with MC19, so I have set something incorrectly on the new one.

Search the options for "tooltips" and disable "Show track info tooltips".
