Title: data cd not working now, did before

the only difference that i know of is that i upgraded from win98 1st edition to winme.
when i chose songs, and burn(data cd), the first 3 songs write (progress bar working). the 4th song then generates a message saying that my media is full. I cannot view the cds under explorer because explorer says that there is nothing in the drive.
Help.

Which version of MJ? And can you give me the exact text of the error message?

my mj version is 7.2.280
the error is:
ERROR: 'write' command failed on device 0:0:0
unrecoverable hardware error (04h 00h 02h 04h 08h 03h).
