Title: Error restoring the backup licence

Hi i tried to restore the backuped licence after installing xp and mj again... but everytime i tried it mj crashed... a guess?

Which version of MJ? Do you have administrator privilege on your XP user account?

What is the name of the license?

Its the latest MJ8 and i have administrator privilege on xp...
what do you mean with name of the license? name of the license file?
