I have so many Jalapeno peppers in my garden all at one time (like 30 of them). I decided to make a snack for lunch

Baked Jalapeno peppers, Bacon, with melted cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Yep It was very good.

Mmmmm.  Only thing wrong there is you shoulda stuffed them with a little cream cheese with some Texas Pete mixed in.

In any case, fantastic.
