Title: Unable to play blu ray discs--failed notice appears

Tried playing a blu-ray disc in my new desktop, it has a blu-ray player installed. I get this message, "failed to connect audio decoder to source/splitter". Can anyone tell me if this is a jriver issue, a hardware or a software issue?

Do you have Blu-ray reader software runnin?

From the Wiki (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Blu-ray):

Requirements

MC supports unencrypted Blu-Ray playback. To playback most commercially available Blu-ray discs, a 3rd-party Blu-Ray reader is required.
