Title: Help with library

I am a new JRiver user and recently tried to listen to music and notice that beside all of my HD files is a red circle with a line through it! Is there any fixes for this?
When importing music directly from itunes it did not import all of my files!

When you say "besides all of my HD files", what do you mean?  It would be helpful if you explained your setup a bit more.  Maybe an external drive was disconnected or its drive letter changed?
