Title: Rip Blue Ray Will not Play In Library

I am new to J River and I Ripped The Lego Movie Rip Blue Ray Will not Play In Library. I am running windows seven as my operating system.
When I try to play it I hit the play button, the Icon for the movie comes on and it says it is opening but nothing happens!
