Title: Have purchased v19 but get sent a v18 registration code

When I use my registration code on the Restore Licence Page to generate a new install key I get sent a version 18 key despite having upgraded to version 19. Can anyone help explain why this is?

Here's the kind of thing I'm receiving in the text of the email:-

JRiver, Inc. Media Center 18: [removed], 9 restores left
