I'm running JRiver Media Center 19 (Trial Version, but if this is fixed I'll prob buy) on a Windows 7 x64 machine. Every time I start it up, a document start.htm tries to download and open from jriver.com. This worries me and is annoying at the same time. Is there a solution for this?
BTW if you recommend reinstalling JRiver Media Center (haven't done so yet) how can I keep my library index so it doesn't have to rebuild when I reinstall.
Thanks for your help. Love the player btw. Been looking for a alternative to iTunes for a long time.

I'm not sure why that's happening with the start page.
But just change the startup view in Options > Startup > Location
