A friend of mine recently purchased and installed MC19 for me in my MacMini.
According to him, it works fine for him.
However, when I tried to do it myself, it stated the trial period has expired.
I tried to restore the license using the included registration code.
After this step, it stated license restored successfully but I still can't get through the Trial Period Expired screen.
Furthermore, the installed key is for MC20 which is not out yet.
I ran out of solution.
Please help.
Thanks,

You may want to post this to the Mac side. You may get a faster response.

You can't use a Mac license on a PC or vice versa.
You must have the correct version installed.
An MC20 license works with both MC19 and MC20 (when it is released).

What a dummy I am.
Thanks for the pointer, I should have posted on the Mac forum naturally.
I think something is wrong in the email from JRiver since the installed key is for MC20 which is not out yet.
I tried and tried but still no go.
Let me repost on the Mac forum then.
Thanks,

MC 20 licenses will work for MC 19. You may need to ensure you have the latest build.
