Title: HTPC with NVidia GPU: how to auto change 1080p/i?
Post by: JanJankovsky on July 31, 2014, 07:38:41 am
I have HTPC with NVidia GPU (GTS 450).
I use two monitors setup:
#1 my PC monitor with 1680x1050 for working
#2 Pioneer Kuro with 1920x1080
So in nVidia drivers I choose to extend desktop to two displays. And in drivers I choose 1080p/50Hz mode for Pioneer. So almost movie I watch is 1080p, but great "The art of flight" is in 1080i. Could J River automatically change video mode from 1080p to 1080i ?
I try use Options: Diplay Settings: Automatic chnge display mode: ON, but nothing happen the Pioneer still show 1080p. Only if I chnge mode to 1080i in driver settings then Pioneer show 1080i
