Title: Interlacing horizontal lines on Astrometa USB

I have an Astrometa DVB-T2 USB tuner and would like to use it in JRiver. I have played about with some madVR de-interlacing settings but nothing seems to make any different to the "jaggies" displayed from any fast movement; the scrolling news feed on TV channels looks awful.

Please could anyone help with this, the problem does not occur with the supplied software which uses "C&E video H.264 decoder HT"
