Title: Help with ordering JRiver MC 20 for windows

Hello everyone! I already have JRiver MC 17, which I had purchased some time ago. I was going to upgrade to 19, but I sort of procrastinated it-lol From what I have briefly read, the version 19 is supposed to be the best version available.  Anyways, I received an email offering the latest version 20. My question is if I order it now, can I upgrade to the version 19 for now until 20 is available? Perhaps someone can help me choose the correct options.
