Title: Off Topic -- Win XP Hard Disc Labeling Question
Post by: MHorton on February 09, 2002, 08:02:03 am
Hey, anyone here know offhand how to change the file letter associated with drives in Win XP pro. Did a clean install last night and wound up with

C: main hard drive
D: CD-R
E: second hard drive

wierd 'cause C/E are on the primary cable, and the CD-R is all alone on the second

doesn't really matter I guess, it's just not as--what? Organized?

Start/Run diskmgmt.msc

You should be able to change the paths from there.
