Title: Is there a way to shuffle my entire library

Is there some way to shuffle my entire library of albums (not songs)by pressing play just one time (similar to what Itunes does)

Yes.
Click on the shuffle icon and select "Shuffle Automatic".
Select one of the views, for example Audio>Recent, but do not click on any album. Hit the play button.
If you select an album and then play, MC will play the album tracks in the normal sequence (not shuffled).

Oops! I read your question again and realized you want to shuffle the albums not the songs. In this case, I do not know.
