Title: Will VST plugins work when used as server?
Post by: brucemck2 on August 08, 2014, 10:07:18 am
Will VST plugins like FabFilter Pro-Q work if I use MC19 as a DNLA server?

Will the built in PEQ?

I'm considering changing my setup. I currently go USB out from a desktop to a USB to spdif converter and then on to my dac. The new setup would use a highly modified Oppo 103 to access MC19.

No, only via a direct connection for now.
Being able to apply DSP to DLNA is an oft-requested feature and may make it into MC20 though.

This would be a HUGE benefit to me, so five thumbs up on the feature request
