Title: copying a library from one Mac to another Mac
Post by: dabugman2 on August 08, 2014, 05:42:32 pm
I just can't figure out how to take a library from one Mac and import it into another Mac.  Everytime I copy the library and move it to the new Mac JRiver, when I restart the program loses the key that is legitimate for the new computer.  So far I have had to install the key 3 times.  I use a usb drive to move the file and as long as the usb drive is plugged in the program with the transfere library works.  However, I can't place the library onto the HD in the new Mac. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  BTW both new and old computers have their own legally purchased JRiver licenses.

If you backup the library, first untick the settings. If you restore this backup on another mac which has it's key installed you don't have the problem you mentioned.
