Title: Download problem MC20

Hi there. I just pre-ordered MC20 but when I tried to activate it I get a message 'Error restoring mp3 Encoder license. Unknown error'. Could anyone help me with this? Many thanks.

Do you have MC19 installed?  That sounds like you have Media Jukebox installed.

Jim thanks for replying. My old version of MC was on a redundant PC. I just downloaded MC19 and typed in my license and everything seems to be fine now. Regards Stephen.
