Title: Audio CD Playback / Ripping
Post by: imugli on August 12, 2014, 08:32:51 pm
Just wondering if I'm supposed to be able to play back CDs yet, because I cannot see my CD drive under Drives & Devices (and therefore cannot rip them...)

Cheers,

J.

Hi there ... what's the status on implementing Audio CD Playback/Ripping in Linux?

(I just installed MC 20.0.123 in Debian Jessie and unfortunately MC doesn't list the CDROM drive in its Drives & Devices view, nor does MC appear as a selection in the "Removable medium is inserted" popup when I insert an audio CD.)

Thanks in advance for an update!

P.S. the sound is great, very impressed
