Hello,
I have searched and seen these errors on here before, but I'm not having any luck solving it.
This is what I see when I try to open JRiver:

This is what I see when I try to uninstall JRiver:

This is what I have so far tried:
- Reboot
- System restore
- Safemode
- Stop all jriver services
- Disable antivirus
- Add exceptions to antivirus in JRiver program and user folders
Any help would be appreciated.

Install over the top and close Explorer (or other file managers) to release the lock on JRTools.dll.
You could also reboot and then reinstall first thing.

Matt. Thank you for the tip.
I initiated the installation, then closed explorer.exe from the task manager, then proceeded with the installation. Worked like a charm.
Thanks again.
