Unfortunately Vevo videos and other music videos have more copyright protection than others and Media Center can't play them.

Okay, I understand that, but when will this problem for developers?

I don't understand when will the developers do what?? fix copyright or zone protection?? don't hold your breath

However if you mean you can watch the video on your PC's browser but NOT in theater mode, thats something else.

If that is the case, can you watch it in Standard mode [from the tree Video=>Connected Media=>You Tube] ??
