and how do i set them up

Depending on which version of MJ you're running, you may not be able to.

MEGA-ME skins were removed from 7 & 8.

They were stripped out because they were using WindowBlinds and it was causing problems.

If you want to use them, though, you can download WindowBlinds and then skin everything, not just MJ. Not sure if WindowBlinds will let you only skin one particular app, though.

Personally, I enjoy using XP and StyleXP to change system skins. My MJ looks like this

My system is a combination of watercolor and blackcomb. I'm too lazy to post a screen shot right now but I threw it together when I was bored one day listening to MJ.
