Title: cannot transfer files to handheld(Galaxy S4)
Post by: garysi on August 23, 2014, 11:17:55 am
I have transferred flac files to my device in the past but recently all transfers are being converted to mp3.  I want to preserve the flac files.  When I changed the encoding to flac I get the error message "file not supported" when trying to send files to my SD card in the S4.  This is not just in MC20 but started before the upgrade.  I have deleted all music files and folders from the card.  Any ideas???  How can I just do a straight transfer with no conversion?

You need to make sure that flac is included in the supported filetypes list under the handheld options.

Thanks, worked like a charm.  I forgot that I had to do that when I first started using MC.
