Title: id3 tag information transferred from one file to another

I want to encode my videos of mpeg2 to mkv, but i do not want to enter all new tags.
I'm sure there was a functional
copy all tag-information from a file and paste it into another file.
Unfortunately, I do not find them

Select a track and Copy (Crtl+C).
Select the track to paste to and use Paste Tag (Ctrl+Shift+V)
