Title: LastFM Connection Broken
Post by: Johnny Stork on August 28, 2014, 02:44:36 pm
It seems that with the last two releases of MC for Linux, the LastFM connection seems to be broken. Although I go through the authorization process, exit and re-open MC, every time a track changes I get re-prompted in lastFM to allow the connection, but tracks never show up?

It's never worked. Bob however did make major progress in the first MC20 build (the browser actually opens and last.fm prompts to allow) but it doesn't work just yet.

Last.fm is going away, so we may not work on it.  Try an Internet search.

He means the scrobbling feature. AFAIK, last.fm only dropped streaming music but scrobbling still works fine.

I sure hope they don't end scrobbling, I'm still working on reaching 100,000 again! :P
