Title: Any support for the new OTA HDHomerun (HDTC-2US, with H.264 codec) ?

Hi, has anyone tried the new Silicon Dust HDHomerun HDTC-2US (OTA ATSC) on JR19 or JR20 ?

This one can encode in H.264, saving significant disk space, and is "tablet friendly".

I have a few older HDHR3-2US, but I read the new units (HDHR4-2US and the transcoding HDTC-2US) have a better tuner.

Or do you know if JR can deal with a H.264 stream from a TV tuner ?

Cheers

Without actually testing the new device, I can not say for sure that it will work.  But since it is an ATSC device, most likely it conforms to bda and we should be able to use it in MC.  We do deal with H264, though so far only in DVB-T/S/C as we have not encountered H264 in ATSC TV yet.
