Title: 'Enable Volume' mode in DSD Bitstreaming

When does this actually come in to affect?  What volume is controlling it?  The Replay Gain offsets or something else?

I have the option enabled (but other volume functions disabled) and don't notice or see any level differences on DSD playback w/bitstreaming.

You only enable it if you have an external DAC where the volume works when bitstreaming.  Normally you won't.
