Title: MC 20 license restoration doesn't work

I bought an upgrade to MC20 and was sent an .mjr file in support of that.  For whatever reason, MC20 v20.0.14 is unregistered.  I try to load the .mjr file sent to me and it doesn't work.  About the same time, I received an email for restoration of MC19 and I am not sure why.

How can I get my MC20 licensing information restored?
