Hello, I am running Windows 7 with Eset Security. JRT tools will not load, initially I forgot to disable Eset, I uninstalled MC 20. I disabled Eset and attempted to download MC 20, it appears that the first download is still there. Howdo I find and delete the first download and how can I download a new one? Portions of MC 20 are installed, when I attempt to uninstall it tells me that JRT tools were not installed and to reinstall which I have attempted to no avail. Thanks

Just download the file and execute it. It will install over the previous version.
You could report the problem to the publisher.

How do I report the problem to the publisher? It will not install JRT tools, I tried to download with IE , same message.
Thanks

You're having a problem almost no one else has. Disable security software that might be tampering. Download and install MC20.

Hello again, I have disabled the firewall, I have downloaded the program with IE, Firefox, and Google. Every time time run the program, I get the same message " Critical error, JRtools did not install, please re-install". I have uninstalled MC 20 every time, during the uninstall, the same message pops up about the JRTools. Finally, it will uninstall. I have MC 19 and never had a problem. I installed MC 20 on my laptop with Windows 8 with the same firewall without a problem. My desktop is running Windows 7. Thanks again. Navion

If it is an antivirus problem, you may have to uninstall it.

I uninstalled the ESET anti virus, disabled Windows anti virus, downloaded MC20 . Same result, failed to load JRTools.

What is unusual about your machine or the install of MC?
Do you use a registry cleaner? They can do bad things.
