Is JRiver working on or have (and I can find) a player for Windows phone 7.5, 8 or 8.2 or all. I have a media player, Fiio X3, but it would be nice not to have to carry my phone and music player when I am hiking or bicycling. If not does any one know of a player or add in for windows phone.

I went to check out the C# samples, but I got prompted to update my profile (haven't been there in a while) and never got back to the link. However, if you open these up on a Windows 8 device (PC, RT, Phone) you should get redirected to one I've seen more chatter about:

This other one apparently supports pulling/streaming from SkyDrive/OneDrive if that's your thing (and it might make a good staging and replication stop at times as well).

When I worked for MS and switched to Windows Phone 7 (HD7 at the time) I wound up being a Zune fan but used other stuff to sync to the device after a while once Windows 8 came out, and the devs forgot to include anything actually useful to manage music for it. I got the Nokia Lumia 900 and 920, and it still wasn't much fun then either. These playback apps came out after I left, so I never used them myself, but they're a start. :-)

Funny I have an HD7 that I love and have updated to Windows 7.5. Still out of all the phones I have this is the one I still use the most. I have a Nokia 925 and a Nokia 521. It should not surprise me but I does that Microsoft would ignore one of the primary uses of a mobile device - Media Playback. Any way thanks for the link I have looked at programs on the Windows app store and nothing look promising so far except for Media Center but I can only find it for windows 8.1. Supposedly there is a 7.5 version but have not been able to locate it.
JRiver please make something for windows phone.

Gotcha, this one specifically lists 7.5, 8, and 8.1 and plays OGG and ALAC along with FLAC:

I second the motion here
I'm using OneDrive a lot [100 Go] and OneDrive on WPhone is good for Vid but crap for Music [another option was NMedium Play from my home server is too slow on my upload speed].
Basic needs FLAC & Mp3 fulfilled ;) + off line playing.

The guy has also dev. a HUGE Internet Radio App. for Windows Phone. Manual install on SDCard required in France.
