Title: Rookie needs guidance Setting up Synology NAS DS413j with windows laptop

Not sure where to begin.  Anyone have an idea how I can get started.  

I want to start building my library and selling off discs etc.     Thanks for any help you can offer.  I am using a Cary 100T DAC at this time.  Darrin

Welcome to the forum.

You could try Synology's support for how it works, but I believe it's a NAS drive.  When installed your laptop should see it on the network.
