where is zoom when playing a movie?

I want to get rid of letterbox

I hit the down arrow/key on my remote while the movie is playing and that brings up a "Playing Now" list at the bottom of the screen, the next "down command" brings up the "time-line/position bar", then the next "down command" brings up the "volume settings", then down again brings up the "Chapter menu", and finally the "Settings menu" where you can change the aspect ratio and/or zoom..
