I evaluated MJ for the 30 day period and loved it so I decided to buy it. Ever since I purchased, I've had problems. I really want to keep this so please help. Here is the story. I hit the buy button and put in all my information, when I went to export the rrg file to save it to a disk, I got an error and the program closed. I did get the rrg file exported so that part is ok. I then went into MJ and got a page fault with Kernel32.dll. I then deinstalled, reinstalled and still did the same thing. I then decided to deinstall and run scandisk and disk defrag - then I reinstalled again - same error. I then reinstalled my windows 98 and tried reinstalling/deinstalling again and I still get the same error message as soon as I open up the file.
Please help as I just payed for this and it's not working at all. Thanks!

Next time, please use a subject that describes the problem. "Page fault, kernel32 error", for example.
What version of MJ do you have?
What OS?
At exactly what point do you get an error?

In MJ "Help", "System Info", then paste the info here to the forum

I will put the error in the message next time.
I have MJ 7.2 (latest because I downloaded again from your website just today). The error message comes up right after opening and after the MJ pop up window goes away and the actual program tries to come up.
I'm running Windows 98 (second edition).

Aspi layer?
Get Aspi check (search here for references) and insure that it's ok.
Can you play/burn with other software?
Do you have other burner software installed?
Steve621-more info, please. System, OS, etc.
