Title: ogg encoding

Will MJ eventually support the quality settings (-q0 to -q10)using the Vobis.dll like CDex does. This would be a little more up to date as far as this encoder goes. I think ogg will be a top choise for encoders in the near future and I think MJ should take full advantage of ogg because IMO it is superior to MP3.
