Title: An album's Cover Art may disappear when selected to play

MC16: When selecting an album to play, the Cover Art sometimes immediately disappears. It has to be restored by "Add from file" but sometimes it is not there and has to be reinstalled from either the internet or scanned from the CD cover.
This behaviour occurs randomly.
When I rip a CD I always find or scan in the Cover Art so it is annoying to find it may vanish and the process has to be repeated.

I tried MC17 (or was it MC19?) and found the cover art for all albums did not fully transfer so I am reluctant to try another version now.
Is there any guarantee that the disappearing cover art issue has been fixed?
