Title: MediaCenter 20 licence does not work

Hello

I've got a lot of key files. But all of them produce the result "Error during recovery Media Center licence - unkown error".
And now the trial version expire.
Is there another way to install the MRJ-file?
Why the licence-key is not enough?

Please help me to solve the problem or help me to get my money back.

The license must be for the same version as the program.

Mac and PC are separate.

I purchased a licence and It works on my pc desktop but when I tried it on my pc laptop it says its an invalid licence, its the same opperating system.  I also never received an email confirming my purchase, not sure if thats normal.  Either way cant seem to get it on the lap top, there both version 20. Also when I put in my email it says theres no licence associated with that email.
Any ideas.

did you read the link that JimH posted?. go restore the license again (you get 10 per year - each file lasts 14 days ... past that you have to restore again

Your forum address has a 32 in it.  Your license address has no numbers but is otherwise the same.  Which is correct?

Thank you for your response, my email has a 32 on the end of it.  Perhaps that is why I never got an email.  I  must have mistyped the email. What now?

When I bought it, I copied and pasted the registration code , but when I use that to restore the licence on the lap top it says error: "we could not find that licence"

I've changed the address.  Just use a restore now.
