Title: import problem with files with some scandinavian letters

import of files, which contain a scandinavian "A" with a small circle on top, Å, is not possible > error message
works well in Windows Version 20, but not in MAC Version 20.

Other letters like "O" with dash over it, Ø, work on both versions
