Title: MC commandline parameters
Post by: InflatableMouse on October 08, 2014, 10:10:31 am
On the Linux version, how are these (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/The_Command_Line) and these (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Media_Center_Core_Commands) supported?

I got this question (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=92439.0) out on the Windows board but only my HTPC is Windows, my main PC is Linux. I was hoping it works on both.

Thanks!

I don't suppose you simply tried? :)

There is no MC.EXE on Linux ;)

I admit, I hadn't tried it yet.

But it doesn't seem to work (or better said, I'm probably doing it wrong :P).

The command

$ mediacenter20 /MCC 10000,0

Doesn't pause playback. I tried with and without caps. It just opens a new MC window in read-only mode.
