Title: Output S/PDIF digital to HEGEL HD11 DAC
Post by: chjoean on October 09, 2014, 01:01:16 am
Hi,

I´m looking to get the highest resolution out of my HEGEL HD11 Dac through S/PDIF-digital.(192kHz) In Audio option JRiver MC soundcard for HEGEL, eg. TE7022 Audio w/ SPDIF WASAPI mode, is checked. And same Internal  soundcard is set to standard in windows mode. And sample rate is set to 192 kHz.

When I switch to USB-mode, I get sound through, at 92kHz, but when I switch to Coax 1 I´m not receiving any sound at all, even though JRiver is running.

Please, enlighten me what is missing!?

Regards
Chris

Check MC's audio settings.  You may need to select another device.

Check MC's audio settings.  You may need to select another device.

So the internal soundcard in Hegel HD11 is in conflict with the PC:s soundcard/motherboard.

I don't know.  Sorry.

Try testing with lower sample rate files.
