Title: unsupported file types message galaxy s5
Post by: dumbplucker on October 12, 2014, 08:27:57 am
Hi, posted in another section, but perhaps it's more appropriate here, hope that's ok.  I've got a galaxy s5 that has music (flac) on it.  When I open jriver 20 (on windows) and look on the device these flac files do not appear.   Also when I try to transfer flac, or any other file type (except mp3) to the galaxy I get the message "None of the tracks can be transferred.  Common errors include insufficient rights or unsupported file types."    Can someone help please?
Thanks

Right click on the galaxy under the drives and devices tree.
There is an option there for supported file types.  Put flac;mp3 try both semicolon and comma.  I can't remember which is correct.
