Title: Failed to purchase MJ PLUS

Hello,

After downloading the MEDIA JUKEBOX, I've tried to purchase the MJ licence by following the procedure stated in your web site. However, after submitting my credit card information, an error message prompt as: "Winsock error. I was unable to the Buy Button server. Please make sure that your network or modem connection is properly configured. Error: 10006." As a result, I failed to purchase the licence.

I've ensured my network is perfectly OK & tried several times but still failed. Pls advise what should I do to purchase the license.

Try starting IE and connecting to a website on the Internet first.  Then try buying.

I've tried after connecting to website and pretty sure my network & modem is perfectly OK, but it still failed to buy licence. What should I do as my trial period left 10 days only. Pls help!!!

Are you using Media Jukebox 7.x or 8.x?
Can you send me your IP address (to gateley@jriver.com) so I can find out if you are even connecting?
