If I enable DSP and tick both Volume Leveling and Adaptive Volume in Peak Level Normalize, does it use track mode or album mode?
My audio system in my car can read mp3's from a USB disk, so I converted it but it seems it doesn't support replaygain. I am considering redoing the sync with DSP volume leveling enabled but only if I can force it to use album mode.
Is this possible?
Thanks!

I don't know the answer to that. I have been syncing music to a flash drive for my car for many years now and what I ended up having to do was sync the files with MC then use foobar2k to apply the leveling to the files. foobar can alter the mp3 files directly, applying either album or track gain. Benefit to this is you aren't loosing quality by decoding the mp3 first, then leveling it, then converting back to mp3. I started a thread a few years ago about it but it didn't seem like a popular idea for MC to have that functionality.
