I asked about USB Audio 2.0 native support in the Microsoft forum for the upcoming Windows 10. They said they were going to keep the same support as before but the Windows Audio team is listening!
Now is the time, this is really important. Everyone PLEASE log in there and give a +1 to support my request (link below)

I am sure this would reduce a lot of support for JRiver about drivers and compatibilty.

They really should seeing how OS X and Linux both support USB 2.0 24/192 without any third-party drivers.
