Title: J River Restore with the Reg Code EXACT and it will not recognize !!!

I am a New mac 20 Version user. Due to power outage / Surge the Media Center was dropped. I have purchased about 6 FLAC downloads as well as Just paying the fee to be a new member and the service Totally Rejects my J River Regis Code I entered Exactly as you sent ! I would like help restoring please or please Refund all my money from purchase of music as well as sign up fee  Hope you can get/help me resolve this frustrating issue lol  ? ? ?
