Title: Archos Jukebox 600

Your website says that the Media Jukebox ver 7 does not need drivers for the Jukebox 6000 and that I could access the handheld in the orginazation tree.  However, after installing the Jukebox 6000, it does not appear under the Handheld section of the organization tree even though it is recongized in Windows Explorer and in my Hardware Profile Manager.  Please tell me how to get Media Jukebox to recongize the Jukebox 6000.

In version 8, support for the Archos is build in and you do not need a separate Plug-in. If you are running MJ version 7, you need a Plug-in. As part of the transition to 8 the link to this has been removed from the website. If you email me at steve@jriver.com, I will be glad to send you what you need with instructions on how to install it.
