Title: Theater view over DLNA??
Post by: ssands on November 05, 2014, 01:21:50 pm
I'm not even sure if I am asking this correctly, but here goes.

I run JRiver on my laptop and connect to my A/V receiver using DLNA to watch videos. I can use Gizmo or I can start it at the laptop and it (usually) works.

It would be cool to get Theater view on the TV. Is there a way to do this with my setup, or do I need to use my TV as a monitor for my laptop?

Thanks.

I think that's how you do it.  We can't send Theater View over DLNA.

That's what I thought.

I'm sure it is a complex problem, but that would be an enhancement that I would love, and would really work well for the rest of the family.
