Media Jukebox just moved into the #3 position (by downloads) in the jukebox category at CNET:

MJ is now behind only MusicMatch and RealJukebox.
Thanks for making it possible.

Congratulations.
It is somewhat encouraging to see that MM is way above Real. (As in "Maybe they're on the way out".) MM seems to be the least odiferous of the two.
Which Real product is the minimum required for MJ to play Real files?
I was trying to think of some clever way to refer to nuts so I could say "Save the cashews for Doof" but I'm not clever today. (Maybe I'm NEVER clever but I just think I am ... my wife seems to hold to that theory.)
CVIII
Save the cashews for Doof, anyway.

cashews> I wouldn't say I'm clever either, but I'm usually not so lame with my attempts at humor.

Am I?

Maybe. Maybe not. How would I know? I think you need to BE clever to recognize clever people.

Maybe that's why I never understood a word that [former member] was saying...
Man... MJ's got ~300,000 downloads.... RealJukebox has ~1,000,000. We've got a long ways to go before our next notch.
MJ's only 3000 downloads behind RealJukebox for last week, though. That's not too bad.
20,000 fools downloaded RealOne last week.

I personally liked seeing only 19% of the users liked Real's RealOne Player...too funny!!
-
Some of the "positive" reviews for RealOne are actually negative reviews, but the person forgot to change the thumbs up/down to down!

Bravo les gars !

Yes, I discovered MJ on CNet last night and brought the full version. While the CDDB crashes my MJ 7.2 every time I use it, I am still rather impressed by MJ's potential. I might have to uninstall MusicMatch first as that might be the conflict, but it has some features that I really like that are missing on MJ.

Welcome to MJ, Van.

This is another nice mention:

Media Jukebox is #2 on their list of "five apps for a new PC".
