Title: Rating a song with a 0-10 with a custom field using hotkeys

I'm wondering if there's a plugin I can use that allows me to create a custom integer field that allows me to rate songs 0-10, and to use a hotkey like, say, CTRL+NumPad6, input a "6" in this field for a song that's currently playing...
