When playback starts and crossfading ,MEDIA JUKEBOX skips.
The music skips that is.How can I fix this problem.

Try this and let us know if it helps:

Options-> Playback-> Performance -> More Skip Resistant

I have the same problem.  I had to revert to 7.2 to make it quit.  fyi
