I am trying to setup a hdmi audio extrator with 5.1 audio out. I currently have my hdmi output from my pc going to a hdmi audio extractor. the settings in audio are set to the hdmi output and my dsp settings are Channels: 5.1 channels. That is as far as I got. I do get an output but it is only two channels. I believe that I am only sending 2 channels evern though I have 5.1 selected. I remember reading somewhere on this forum how to use Parametric Equalizer to get the 5.1 output, but I can no longer find that post. Can anyone throw me a bone and help me out.
